My husband is trying this method but not working that great. We have clay dirt and it doesn't seem to be pulling out very well. Any tips ? Thanks. We've dig around the posts and keep filling with water to try to soften the ground but still no luck.

I've had the same issue, mostly I've been trying to get the concrete out since the posts were all rotted. The concrete snaps wherever it's weakest and maybe I'm just not that good, but I struggled to get the chain nice and taut, and so it was also slipping off quite a bit. I've called it a day and watered up the holes in the hope that it might loosen the soil, I'll try again tomorrow evening to at least pull up one or two and report back how it goes. I think the main issue I have is that my ground is also hard and dry, so I'm hoping the moisture will loosen them up.

@@smileyra5159 We're giving up. We're cutting them to the ground and going to place new posts in between. The chain keeps slipping off and it's not budging from the ground. My husband suggested a back hoe but we're going with the aforementioned. We do however have a company giving us an estimate this week. We've seen a lot of videos on here that pull them out of the ground but I'll be we can't get them to budge. And we've got 23 posts to remove. YIKES. Good luck ! This guy's soil looks very soft. Ours is rock hard even with filling the holes twice a day for a week on the first ones we tried to pull out

@Dee-hi5zj

Once they twitch the rod, you can twitch back - just a bit and if they like the bait they'll slam it so it doesn't "escape". You'll get a lot fewer misses if you play with them more... The bigger the fish, the lighter they test the bait. Even hatchery trout fresh stocked learn fast what is good to eat. They won't let it get away if you don't scare them. I don't yank the line in - I pay it out a bit. And I never use a rod holder. The nuggets are ok, but the fish will have different color preferences according to light, clarity, etc... you have to waste time figuring out. Few can resist "steak and eggs" (night crawler and Pautzke) with a dab of Mike's shrimp gel. 13 days since trout season started X 5 fish per day = 65 in the freezer so far for Winter meals. Good luck.

Our dishwasher drain is clear. It seems to be intermittently failing to drain. If our dishes are clean and the washer cycles through a wash and rinse wouldn’t that mean that’s it always draining mid cycle, prior to the rinse? Or, does it use the same small amount of water from start of the wash to the end?
@thebumpchannel
@thebumpchannel 13 күн бұрын
It fills until a pressure switch is activated. So likely still the same water (aside from what little gets pumped out).

how do I know the pump is bad and not the board that tells it when to come ON? ours intermittently pumps out the water. all lines clear.
@thebumpchannel
@thebumpchannel 15 күн бұрын
If you hear the pump humming the board is fine. There is an internal bushing that wears out in the pump which leads to intermittent failure.

So when did mosquitoes start staying in individual yards?
@thebumpchannel
@thebumpchannel 13 күн бұрын
Mosquito spray chemicals last up to 90 days so they soon die if they do enter. I was a sceptic as well at first, but stuff works wonders. Also helps if neighbors are on board so offer to spray theirs as well and chip in on chemicals. Thanks for watching!

When cleaning the print head, I would recommend a rubber ear bulb (which has a nice pointy end) to direct the warm water to the different ink ports. It really pushes that ink out of there much faster than just pouring water over them. The same bulb can be used for isopropyl alcohol too. Unfortunately I still have the error code, so I guess it is time to go shopping.
