Hi Razor, thanks for watching. A Trust doesn’t have an executor. You will only have Trustees and Beneficials. Executors are appointed when there is a Will. We trust this makes sense

If you are buying with a bond - part cash / the profits will defer from one person to the other. Hence we put a disclaimer that this is a cash deal for the ones starting off, you are not making wow money neither are you losing… but the deal will teach you a lot

The two are separate, the move more assets into the Trust the less you have on your will and eventually you have nothing to declare on your estate

One big lesson I got from this is the empathy she displays with her tenants, students included. She puts herself in their shoes and tailor make a product that resonates with them. Marketing 101. In addition, she creates that close relationship with her tenants. She genuinely cares for the people around her. When you do that, you stand out from the rest. Creating a competitive edge.

The question I have is can a trust own a property and allow a company to operate a business for renting out the property to earn profit. Does the law allow that? Or must the owner of the assets be the one doing the business

The other question I have is, in your opinion is it advisable to register a Trust very early. For an instance I only own one rental property and considering the Trust operational costs would it make sense to register a Trust and transfer the property to a Trust or is it better to wait until the cashflow can take care of the operating costs?

But i have a question that i hope you can address, which is ive heard about setting up trusts/ company's to purchase investment property's and having children listed under those trusts/LLC's for them to not only pay our children a salary from the proceeds but be able to inherit the property as well. could you elaborate on how to go about that.

The ownership of anything is generally a person, in this an ownership of a company is defined in what is called ordinary shares and many people have these in their own name. By introducing a Trust, the shares of a company will then be owned by the Trust💓💓
