I've had hundreds of skips but I've never had one that hadn't been pre paid for, and it's overloaded anyway.

In the Netherlands the company will haul the garbage away. Next they go to court and demand compensation for twice the original amount because of "administrative costs and legal fees". So the customer ends up paying twice the cost plus the costs of a bailiff to collect the money. That's how a €350 bill very quickly ends up costing more than €1000.
