I made my own, but I know a few guys that make very similar ones for e61. N54mn on KZbin has made one very close.

I have seen a few photos of e60s. Figured I'd take the leap with my wagon and replace my rattly twins

I used the arm motorsports hotside pipe and added a silicone coupler from the compressor to the ARM intercooler

@@EricShoots it's part of their intercooler e60 kit. .let me see if you can get the link. It's just silicon. But it's decent strong. I'm not pushing crazy psi

Not too different 6hp28 can actually handle more power .dct or manual is the way to go for more power tho for n54

@@carter.colemanI own one as well and they are pretty reliable. If you want a super reliable e61 just get the 530i rather than the 535i, although I love my 535i because it makes a lot more powrr

It wasn't too bad. At least it bolted up. I've seen some that don't fit properly and you have to make mounts

Yes. I had the jb4 single turbo base map and back end flash tuned. I now have a low boost custom map. Waiting for a few more upgrades to turn boost up

You need to connect the pins to open the solenoid. To clarify. Your bags are over inflated?

Way too many miles on it for an n54, I bought my e60 with 121kmiles but that was only because the turbos were replaced and the engine was rebuilt at 120k

I have 2. One high mileage with 175k miles and another with just about 105k. You can definitely feel the difference in ride quality between the 2. With that said, have the vehicle inspected if you went forward with the purchase and change fluids, check compression, change plugs and coilpacks, and check for boost leaks then drive it till the wheels fall off! Rinse. Repeat 🤞🏼

Kind of wish i waited to find a good wagon instead of my sedan but couldnt pass up the price at the insurance auction. Basically just needed to rebuild the wastegates and fix a cracked windshield due to hail.

Where did you get the hose kit?

If your talking about transmission oil cooler, I have it on top of the intercooler. In front the oil cooler and radiator. I was able to rotate it up. And I think I had to cut a small bit of plastic out of the way

So I could only go to 80. And barely lifted. Normal psi I believe is 150 to 170. I have them at like 120 so it's a little lower

It only has the end baffle. It helps to tone it down a bunch

@@kendralhunt1372 baffle out is completely straight pipe. Equivalent to no muffler. Header design and pipe diameter and length have effect on sound and tone. But withkught out baffle is straight through

Was it very loud bro in person I got a straight pipe a boz bros Moira with 05 gsxr 1000 headers on 99 gsxr 750 srad I'm doing a project bike on it I haven't cranked it up, I was waiting till I'm done working on to see how loud it is man

I did drop the subframe, but might have been able to do it without dropping. I didn't have to dent at all. Fit up fine. About half an inch between driveshaft housing and downpipe

Hey Derek! I went with the 7. Primarily because it is mostly future proof. I didn't want to do a 5. Then later wish i got to a 7 or so. I got ARM 535 chargepipr. The bend is a little sooner I believe. No fitment problems at all, and it was super easy to mod for use with hks BOV. 3 series pipes seem to work. But the rub or touch I think the power steering reservoir. I never tried one but that's what I found.

the mesh is an expanded metal. you can get similar at like home depot or a metal supply yard. i made a cardboard template and and traced onto the metal. i made a while ago. probably close to ten years now. but they were easy!
