Appreciate for help didi ❤ 15:51 I had many panic attacks in 2 months ..i feeled like electric current flowing throughout my body. My eyes feel like it is storing all my tears in the same,heart rate becomes really fast, breathing becomes deep, acting like zombie,memories hitting hard.After 6-7 months passed..i couldn't stop thinking about it again and again. I don't have courage to do suicide but doing things that harms me. Feels like please someone kill me. Roaming on road whole day and night thinking someone would kill me with his vehicle. I feel like dying each day
