Why do you not put antiseptic spray on calf's drain site to keep flies etc away and help prevent bacteria? Also, shouldn't the sack be removed so abcess won't come back??

On humans after abrds is drained face, arm etc would be wrapped. On animal a med would be put on opening also that'd ward off bugs from laying eggs in wound.
