it depends on your supplements and how many calories you consume. but start with walking. and gauge from there but don’t go hard at all. it’s not needed.

What kind of crunches you did I mean reverse with your legs near you abs or just bending forward into your knees ??

I’m so sorry I don’t really remember what exactly I did. But I was pretty weak so I probably opted for the easiest version of the crunch like a normal one, circle crunch and stuff but I really can’t remember , sorry . If you try this, make sure to stay hydrated to get rid of extra bloating

coroni macaroni Virus hahah. But yeah well people here started to freak out as soon as they heard about the virus ,because we’re pretty close to the city where it was spreading first. Everyone just went “safety first” and started wearing masks immediately although there was just a handful of cases. Everyone here saw that this would become a serious problem, but no one wanted to listen xox

Püropedo Sübs I think as long as you have a somewhat healthy mindset about dieting and your body and stuff then you can totally try it for a few days. It’s not a balanced diet so better to not do it for too long. And the decorations in the tables are dust magnets tho, everything gets dirty because of my pets haha

Imma gonna do this, 400 crunches each day...but to put it into my routine.. every morning I do a chloe ting workout then I’ll do this in the middle of the day, then I do the most famous chloe ting abs workout in the afternoon. I repeat this with a different certain morning workout from chloe ting assigned to each day of the week. I’ll do this for 2 weeks and I should have a six pack by then. That’s my goal at least. 👍🏼

good luck :) I've started one of Chloe tings challenges two weeks ago, its pretty fun actually .im not sure if thats enough for a Sixpack ,but since I started doing her workouts my tummy got flatter and my legs got a little less jiggly ~

Yeah really just crunches! If I remember correctly,I did 50 normal crunches, 30 circle crunches and then either 20 more normal crunches or side crunches. I did this twice in the morning and twice in the evening, so 400 in total. Maybe the results are so great cause I usually don’t workout at all 😅

Taking electrolytes helps with nausea, headaches etc. But great job on your 3 days on omad !
