Was not really close to my dad, cause he was so busy with his three businesses. My brother's and sister would stay up late to see him come home. No tears when he passed away. Wife and I are very close to our four sons, so I think they will be very sad once we pass.

Best performance of the song I have heard. For me, Jackson came into his own around this time - his voice, the power of his songs were being fully owned by him, while still remaining humble. A difficult balance to find when you become a superstar.

This song has a lot of healing power. It was played at my father's funeral in early January of 1998. My Dad took his life on the Monday morning of December 29th 1997. The family was shattered.

It's a heartbreaking song and my father is still alive at 84 . He's in Germany and I've been in Australia since '92 . Unfortunately it's become a one sided affair on my behalf for the past 5 years and I feel that I won't miss what's not there to begin with , which is really sad !!! If it's a one sided effort than it is only natural to loose faith after all these years !!!

My father died last year April. Dementia was his culprit and he lived longer than most do. As a child i always worried how We we would lose our dad. and i would pray about it. I never imagined that he could be so strong and my own children would be there. GEES. This song hit me when i was 15. It hit me harder as time passed. Im very grateful. This song or type of song dosent just show up for ratings. God Bless

My father is still alive but I don’t have a relationship with him. He has no love for me and there’s nothing that I can do about it. I envy those that have fathers that do love them.
