Really need to reform the entire EC system from popular to proportional…in 2016 for example, Wyoming cast 255,849 votes, so an EC vote for every 85,283 votes. California cast 14,181,595 votes, so each EC vote took 257,847 votes. Thats the issue in a nut shell.

Another similar question or perhaps the same, is what do you mean by the "middle" that you want to be in? Please identify those "extremes" on either side. Are some governments extremely bad and others extremely good? If conservatism is not in the middle then which are you? Are you middle or are you conservative. I suspect you got some strange ideas when you studied political science at that atheistic university. The University of Nebraska is an (atheistic) government school and we know we cannot trust the government. After you get more experience perhaps your political thoughts will be more developed. Communism is when the government provides housing. The housing stock was destroyed when the government built those apartments in all the small towns. Communism works only for the super-rich and poor at the expense of the middle class.
