An item overlooked that is very situational is heartsteel or warmogs. Udyr scales very well with hp because of his w. If an enemy comp has no hp % dmg champs it's a great 5th or 6th item. I.e. if the adc is an ezreal, lucian, cait, draven, mf, smolder. Edit: I've run down these adcs under their towers because they don't fair well against hp heavy tanks. Unfortunately, you might be thinking that omens is best then vs the heavy crit of these adcs but sadly not. After rock solid was removed, frozen heart reduces more dmg.

I disagree with shieldbash. I dont think you need tht extra dmg and udyr can benefit much more from the resistances from conditioning.

As an Udyr main I can say Gragas right now is one of the most annoying match ups I can encounter on top lane. The slows, mobility and damage he makes paired with his sustain and the fact his cooldowns are too fking short make him a hell to go through. It's not even that he wins the lane or stomps you, it's just so ridiculously annoying to fight... To some extent he is worse than a teemo or a cassio, he is barelly above Ashe as the most annoying character you can encounter on top lane as an Udyr player.

I'm a mid-range silver player at best so my view of this match isn't high level (and feel free to criticize my analyzing here) but am I right in saying the Vayne shouldn't have been pushing so much and just focusing on finishing Cull and playing near / under tower in early laning phase? Also, the fact that Udyr's main form of harass is his R, which slows, wouldn't it have been a better option to go Boots of Swiftness to combat that to not get caught?
