I just happened to find a cloned version of my ship that was an Allied NPC and I didn't do this glitch, so something happened in my game right after I finished one of the missions I was doing but at least I know this ain't the only glitch relating to the jackdaw ship.

This must have been patched at some point. While I can get Nate on the wall, trying to get him to rock back and forth is just futile. He'll either go to the left too much or just unsticks from the wall too easily..
