This is a typical video when a water based paint was used. No one ever refers to an oil based paint. Also you should not need to rebuild the dam thing every time it's used 🙄

Using the needle to clean the nozzle? Not a great idea. Clean using a nozzle tool otherwise you risk damaging the needle tip and the nozzle.

What's the difference between this gun and the 44series?
@tcpglobal2 ай бұрын
The 33 Series and 44 spray guns differ primarily in their features and intended use: The PRO-33 series: Comes with a 1.8mm fluid tip for thicker materials such as primers or sealers. Includes an air pressure regulator and a 1-liter aluminum cup. Designed for single-purpose use, focusing on specific paint applications The PRO-44 Series: A high-performance spray gun. Features a 1.3mm fluid tip, making it suitable for basecoats, clearcoats, and more general automotive applications. Also includes an air pressure regulator, emphasizing advanced atomization and precision. In summary, the MAS PRO-33-18 is tailored for heavier materials, while the MAS PRO-44 is optimized for finer finishes and more diverse coatings.

Thanks for the review on the first unit. I just bought one (without an attached canister). You can purchase cans of undercoating that actually screws directly onto the gun. I'm doing my van today. Probably within a couple hours or so. I'll give you my feedback later today... 8/18/24

My friend, regarding this question, I exhausted myself with research, and I came to the end that it is a personal preference, there are no strict rules, just what do you prefer? But just be aware that a clear base coat will dry much faster than just mixing with a clear coat, my regards.❤

The recommended PSI setting for the application gun depends on the desired texture and where the product is being used: 45-60 PSI: Typically recommended 35-60 PSI: Depending on the desired texture 30 PSI: For a smoother finish, or when using the bed liner as a finishing tool Lower pressure: For fender flares or rocker panels

I know these are useful tools as I use similar nylon brushes myself but can someone explain why would you want to put one in an impact driver? A normal drill or a die grinder is a mutch more reasonable choice and they don't even need the hex shank to accept the brushes. It's not like there is so mutch torque on the shank when they are in use that they would slip with a normal shank with a circular cross-section either.

when I tell you that tiny needle was WAITING for its opportunity to escape. I had everything set up. even a tray with a lip and that thing bounce out of this dimension 😭😭😭
These guns have awesome fans, and a great huge throat for the thick paint. Only thing I'd like to see change on these guns is offering a 1.8 2.0 and 2.5 kit for H.B. primers and moving the fan knob to the rear. I'd pay extra for that, i hate side fan knobs. Other than that these are a great primer gun.

I just got one of these and the regulator was pre-attached. My issue is after I open the pressure control valve, it doesn't build pressure. The auto-off works fine while I have the valve closed but once it's open, the needles bobs around 0. Any tips? Could they have forgotten to apply Teflon tape?

Switch that black velcro stuff with a copper liner and thevyellow stuff with some really fast explosives. Voila, you've got most of the linear heat charges, along with some directional Misznay-Schardin ones. Funny.
