Could you tell what is max speed of your burgman? ( but not after 10 minutes). Thanks , I have burgman 2011 and max speed is 160. To be faster it need more time.

Hola Gerard, el GPS es el Tomtom Rider 400. Ahora ya van por el Rider 550.... Y el soporte es de uno de los primers GPS Rider de Tomtom. Es una pieza en forma de L , que ya no se encuentra, aunque su fabricación no es difícil. En el foro del Club Burgman España, en el apartado de la 650 hay posts que hablan sobre tipos de soportes. Saludos

I felt the pain the cvt was suffering because of the constant throttle snatching and closing. How to wreck a very good machine very quickly. Take an advanced riding course and save the bike's life ... and maybe yours.

I think you’re unaware of the Burgman 650 and the CVT....

@UC4Np6xS7EYBE4UEjPAJf14g I've been a 650 Burgman rider for six years and I'm aware of the design of the CVT on the older and newer models. No cvt is designed to be thrashed for very long. Still, ride as you wish. It's your money.

@@Johnwillbegone There are Burgman forums both in uk and usa which could probably provide you with better advice than I can. For my part, I would say that a 2013 or later would be the starting point. The internet has many accounts of cvt issues with pre 2013 higher mileage examples but I I'm sure there are some around still that would be a reasonable purchase. The 2013+ has a few positive redesign benefits with cvt and clutch being most important. They can now be freely wheeled by hand whereas the older model was more difficult in this regard. They now have better mpg and are lighter and more nippy. Read the online reviews for wider and more in depth information. Finally I do recommend the 650, being a twin cylinder bike which has to be a plus. It is very comfortable and also very quick off the mark if required, but the 400 has a big following. I happily tour Spain and uk effortlessly and in comfort. All my own thoughts and not intended to minimise others' opinions. Regards.
