Look into Sleevedwashers, they will help keep you drums in tune nicely. I use a Drum Dial, I have a pretty good ear to tune but when all the rods are uniformed tight it actually makes a difference

So, its a torque drum key, I have one and i swear by em. I get the exact same lug tension at each lug. My drums always sound great with that. Good video man!
