Had a normal aspirated 90 RX7 back in my young days:) Got me 4 suspensions within the 6 years i had the car:) Awesome stuff, but for sure i wont do that again… sometimes things went wild like on these videos. Even when your driving normal somewhere and suddenly a bike passes you at 200+ :)

Thats when drivers knew that scrubbing tires=scrubbing speed 😝😝😝 Awesome shit man…. I lived that era with a n/a 90 sooped rx7:) 👍

Lmao so many JDM guys are insecure little cucks. No hate on JDM by any menas - this video is top tier and old school street racing on tight roads goes crazy, but I notice so many of these JDM guys get made fun of ONE time because their cars don't make that much power, and they decide to respond by being equally as close minded and just saying that drag racing and highway pulls are boring. You can like all of it. I like all of it, plenty of others like all of it. It's all real racing, it all takes balls, and no one who insults all forms of racing except their chosen one will EVER enjoy car culture as much as someone who understands that excitement comes in flavors. Racing from a dig, fighting for traction, and winning a nine second race by milliseconds because you bang shifted your ride a split second faster than the other guy is nervewracking. Flipping your car because it dug in and rolled over at 118 and climbing out with smoke in your lungs and your arm hairs singed off is as scary as it gets. Whipping through traffic (which I don't condone - just an example) at top speed and trying to find the right line through a complicated series of constantly-moving obstacles and narrowly keeping pace and overtaking someone else at 140+ is as heart pounding as it gets. And we all know damn well why touge is heart thumping. Racing in the dead of night, barely being able to see anything beyond the guy in front of you and vying for a chance to overtake on a road that's barely wide enough for both your cars is a highly technical and willful racing style and you need a lot of precise control to pull it off. So quit being insecure pricks and feeling like you need to talk down to other racing disciplines just because a 16 year old in a 5.0 Mustang called you a weeb you jackasses lmao

that 86 is CARVING LIKE A MF. This is my first time commenting on this video but it's been one of my favorites, if not, THE FAVORITE since I was 12 years old in middle school just dreaming about tossing an EF through mountain roads. 14 years later I had an EF and did just that and now have an 09 Fit after crashing my 07 Fit in the mountains and still come back to this video from time to time so I can reminence what it meant to me back then and what it means to me now <3.

drag racing is overrated touge racing should be a professional thing already so much more fun to watch and there should be no rules of what style of racing you can use you use drifting or griping style imagine these crazy match ups r32 4wd vs rx7 fd or rx fd vs rx7 fc the cars can be anything yes i watch alot of initial d but comeone tell me f1 is more fun than seeing a drifting rx7 fd chasing a griping r32? dude that would so sick it could even be drifting vs drifting still holding on for hope this becomes reality even if extremely dangerous
