Definitely from 74-75. Those international pickups are newer then 70, the Chevys are 73+, the C60 at the beginning was a 73 or 74. The Chevy that went through at the 8:50 mark was a 75 grille

Penndot is nothing but a bunch of lazy bums. Today I had the pleasure of paying a $90 license reinstatement fee because the ticket I paid last year was not satisfied on the system and it suspended my license for nonpayment. After being pulled over by the police (driving without a license) and fined $350, I was told to contact Penndot to clear up the mistake. I work a full time job and called Penndot in Harrisburg 17 times last week and every time, after ten minutes, the recording told me they were too busy call later. Pathetic and typical of PA public sector work ethic... Finally, I went to a local driving center that is open on Saturday (my day off). I was told they could not do anything at their location. I ended up paying the $90 so I am not driving illegally because of state employee's dereliction of duty. This is absolutely pathetic.....and you lazy people get a pension? Since I pay taxes, and the most ridiculous gasoline taxes in the nation, I guess that makes me your boss since I pay your salary. It is time for your annual review. Here it is.......... YOU PEOPLE SUCK IN EVERY WAY! You are all lazy and the only thing you do well is pass the buck. Get off your asses and do something. Feel free to contact me to fix your F-up....... You have my number. I will be continuing to post this everywhere I possibly can until you people start earning your paycheck.

Traffic has been nothing but a nightmare (even worse than it was before). Not to mention that all the construction is going on at one time in multiple different areas. So, you can't even try to go around it or take a back road because THEY ALL HAVE SOME KIND OF ROAD WORK GOING ON! This is just a mess and they layout of this makes no sense! Sometimes people should keep their "good" ideas to themselves. I've never seen anyone in my 36 years here drive into a guard rail before and total their car until a couple weeks ago. Its odd because all you can do is go STRAIGHT and there were no other cars and no these drivers werent intoxicated, they were just going to work and it was only one car involved each time.

How amazing is this now?... It's not...

Great work for the 20 or so that were actually doing much. The vid just showed what you jormally see...a few fooks doing so e work with the majority just standing around in a circle and talking.

Can't wait to see how this works when Wabtec, Hamot, Erie insurance, etc. let out at 3pm. I already see an issues with this design during the winter months when we have lake effect snow storms with those on ramps. Where is the plow supposed to throw the snow without putting it on top of the vehicles on the lower road?

So is there no stairs coming down from the intersection of state? Do you have to walk way around ?

Heads up everyone, if you get a 2nd dui in PA, its ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE to get your license restored after serving half the suspension. Just wait the full suspension time to avoid massive MENTAL ANGUISH. Different info given from different employees. They LIE AND LIE AND EXTORT MONEY

I am not exaggerating, in Asia this is a 45-day project, in Europe they can finish it in 6 months but here it’ll take 3 years and will cost 5 times more not to mention the countless car accidents during the winter.
