Im not in your state, but as a driver and sometimes a bicyclist or scooter rider, I much prefer the canopy of trees over my roads. I live in a place where summer temperatures can exceed 100(f) and sunlight on asphalt just magnifies the temperature making the roads inhospitable for everyone. The shade is a welcome relief.
