I am American citizen and I want to open a nursery with my Jamaican fiancé in St Mary, he is a farmer and fisherman, we have planted almost 100 seeds. His property is on a rural beach front, I would also like to have a non profit community centre there.On property there is a bar which I would like to turn into a kava bar. I would like to have a weed dispensary with a smoking lounge as he grows his own ganja.

I personally feel like physical appearance is valuable also because of the economy System in jamaica and based one some individuals. Valuation is constantly changing. You should assess where you think the company is headed and if the valuation will trend downwards to upwards based on the future plans of the company. Let your research guide your decision

Why would the unit trust be more liquid than the SELECTF stock? Wouldn't someone have to buy at NAV in order for ones sell order to be complete? If the NAV is $0.54 wouldn't there be more selling than buying?

To make it more easier to understand, Sagicor is in the process of converting the Select Financial/Manufacturing funds from an Exchange traded fund(ETF) which is what they are at present to an Index Mutual Funds in order to(in their minds) unlock the total value of the funds

Identifying the difference between being a self employed entrepreneur and a business owner who has a product/business idea who owns a system but hires smart qualified people or other businesses to run it. Being a business owner is different from being a self-employed entrepreneur. The a good business owner can leave the business to run on it own for 2 or more years, and it will run better than if he or her was there running it. the self-employed ends up owning a Job and not a business. In most cases because if they don’t work they make no money in many cases. This is when they should develop a system which which runs business.

Yes. Their trade sheet is only for Jamaican Companies. But you can use the same concept for other countries. In Excel you can use the Stock Symbol feature to build a tracker for the US markets.
