I eat fruit de mer once a week cold, it helps tremendously with my weekly intake of fish foods….I’m a fervent believer in the Mediterranean diet, i lived in la Romana for years, went back the other day to visit a friend at the cemetery.. as i was walking around i looked at everyone resting there, over 90% was over 85 yrs of age, so fish stays as stable intake of food yes. The Mediterranean way of life is tops, incl siestas

Increíble ciudad, maravillosa,el mejor clima,playas y gente increíblemente amable. Elegida como la mejor ciudad del mundo ecológicamente hablando ,por naturaleza y estructura como ciudad. Muy alta calidad de vida ,si no crece más.
