Lot of people don’t fish Stockton lake bc it has a bad wrap for being a dangerous windy lake. It’s very good crappie and walleye lake.

You don't use or like the loop knot
@CrappieMonster6 күн бұрын
The loop knots work good with large test line. The smaller test has issues with breaking when I gets caught in the eyelet. Most hooks now, the eyelet has a small gap and it constantly hangs or grabs. The improved cinch knot doesn’t allow the line to slide around in there as much is why I choose it.

This lake provides a lot of food for those walleye. Do you know the native fish in Utah Lake is the cutthroat trout, but Geneva steel and farming fertilizer shit destroy that fish. Watch an hour video of the history of Utah Lake.

With these settings I’m seeing my jig at 80’. When you cast, pan back and forth to locate your jig. You may be casting barely out of the transducers beam.

I watched your videos in the south catching crappie on Lake Weiss In Alabama I believe. I loved catching walleye 40 years ago In Wisconsin Dells on the river. I drove 4 hours from Northern Illinois to catch walleye in October- November below the damn with creek chubs and caught the fire out of them. The best eating fresh water fish ever. Being In GEORGIA now it’s spotted bass and crappie are the best. Love your videos and great views you stayed in Utah.😅😊

I used to live in Kosse so I fished Limestone regularly. I loved it. Always kept a freezer full of fillets. Also killed the Sand Bass all summer long. If you fillet and cook them the same or next day, they are as fine eating as crappie. Just don’t freeze them cause they will be mushy.

Good job except one thing. Putting the circuit breaker on the negative wire is useless. If your red power wires were to short or overcurrent they will burn up with no protection. Your pedal switch is only switching the negative signal.
