The biggest thing to know about Scottsdale golf is it is obscenely EXPENSIVE. We used to love coming and playing in Feb and March, but as of today we could not find a single course under $185 for 18 holes. That includes the typical below average quality muni- style course. What the course owners have done is signal their customers that they simply don't care. Thanks Scottsdale....I'll try someplace else.

Eagle Mountain is "MODERATE" ?? I tried to book a tee time..... $281.00 That is not "moderate" where I live.

As a Scottsdale born kid, that park is my favorite thing here. I’ve always been their with my grandparents

After a couple of decades absent we visited the park again. Bit disappointed that the hobby shop was long gone, but the model railroad exhibits more than made up for it. Very nicely done. No children with us so can't speak about the rest of the park.

Absolutely love the WM Phoenix Open! 'The Greatest Show On Grass' title is well-deserved. It's not just a golf tournament, but a weeklong spectacle that brings so much energy to Scottsdale. The atmosphere at TPC Scottsdale is electric, and the surrounding area offers endless entertainment. Can't wait for next February to experience it all over again!

I visited this place 20 yrs ago on my way to San Diego from Alabama to report for duty in the Navy. I didn't know anything about architecture and didnt care, but saw the attraction and had at least heard of FLW, so I wanted to check it out while I was in town. I visited and took the tour alone, mostly with other couples, but was BLOWN AWAY by the ingenuity and beauty, simplicity and elegance...it's something I still think about all these years later and remember vividly. Thanks for posting!
