Hi! I hear you are in the Placerville area. My husband,son and I live in Somerset. In the summer my husband works in Tahoe as a journeyman painter and in the winter he could always use more work around here. My husband is an amazing person and worker, he is skilled in many areas, has lots of tools and would be beneficial to any job, if you have any work he can join you on, we would really appreciate it. Thanks

that's good. Now get yourself a n°4 handplane and a card scraper instead of sandpaper, you're gonna love it. Thanks for sharing.

I bet your neighbors hate living next to that monstrosity. It looks good for about 30 seconds. When you realize it’s as tall as the house.

Nice touch👌 Only thing I’d do differently is unused a flat piece of steel for the bricks across the front instead of angel iron!
@revivedcraftsman11 ай бұрын
I tried that initially but it bent down from the weight of the bricks. Angle iron has a lot more strength.

how much where the materials? where did you find the inner part?
@sikosis999 Жыл бұрын
lets have a close look after a year or two of use . . . foundation was shabby, lots of excess material that wasn't keyed or laced in any fashion and even with a mix finish you're gonna have a lot of cracking maybe a good pop or two i'd bet . . .love to see a hard fire run in it after a season of weather dumps enough moisture in that to make mini bomb chambers . . . but hey, you got paid right?
