Hi Pettie, thanks for sharing. Greetings from Kenya 😊 I also really struggled with gastritis /hyperacidity for like the last 5 years or so. I only realized about 2 months ago that it's been a while since I had to use neutralising medicine. A few months before that, God had gotten me to the revelation that I was holding a lot of offense / unforgiveness in my heart, yet I didn't even realise it. My coping mechanism was sweeping things under the rug, and my gut health suffered for it. I started forgiving people with the help of the Holy Spirit bringing a lot of things to my recollection. And Lo and behold!! Today I can proudly report that Jesus healed me of it completely 😊 Now I can eat pineapples in peace 😂😂 For anyone interested, to deal with or even evaluate whether you have offense / unforgiveness in your heart, check out the following videos: 1.
