That’s the highest part of the chorus, right? I believe it goes up to around Bb4, which is really high for guys! You can find tips for singing high notes in this video!kzbin.info/www/bejne/Zn6WaqWPmbdgors

I would love to but i am a soprano and this is soooo low 😢
@kovocalstudio19 күн бұрын
You’re right, this song has a pretty wide range, and it can be challenging, especially for a soprano, to hit those low notes in the verse. Eve’s songs tend to have a wide vocal range, making them a bit tricky to sing. But that’s also what makes them so interesting and fun to tackle!

Today I was in a very good mood and wanted to try singing ああ電子戦隊デンジマン。I had too much fun ^_^ I could see myself singing that song in public but softly and people are just gonna look at me that I am crazy.

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts! 😊 It sounds like you had a lot of fun singing that song, and I can totally relate to that feeling of just getting lost in the moment and enjoying yourself, even if it might seem a bit quirky to others. That’s what music is all about-expressing yourself and having a good time! Keep enjoying those fun moments! 🎶

You seem like a very fun person to be around. Also. I noticed around here, 2:39, where you said that the syllables of “karamatte” are being merged together, it sounds like they’re saying the word “karma”, like how karma is coming back to haunt Ai’s children because of all her lies.
@kovocalstudio26 күн бұрын
Thank you so much for your kind words! 😊 I’m glad you noticed that detail-it’s really interesting how the syllables in “karamatte” can give that impression of “karma.” The connection you made with Ai’s story and how karma might come back is really insightful. You clearly don't need me to explain English to you, but it's often ok to substitute a bright /a/ for /æ/ (or in some cases vice versa) for reasons mainly focused on vocal technique, which means people who struggle with this vowel can get away with a lot even if they don't get a good handle on it.
@kovocalstudio28 күн бұрын
Thanks for your insights! You’re right; the vowel substitution can play a significant role in vocal technique. Appreciate your detailed feedback!
@tabby718928 күн бұрын
Good video, but I disagree with your title. All four tips were about diction, so the title should have been about diction or pronunciation in Japanese singing. Also, did you think I wasn't going to call you out for adding a stop consonant at the beginning of the ざ 😛 you're setting them up for confusion About the ん syllable, Dogen made a video showing seven pronunciations in native Japanese speech and under which context each one comes out. Maybe a future video idea for you?

I mentioned an opera background in a comment on a short. This video was very interesting as a window into some of the subtleties in this style and some characteristic mannerisms (ex: consonant and vowel modifications) which are common in the style.
