Rob is one of the luckiest "singers" out there. He got some of the grooviest musicians to play music with, because we all know ain't nobody there to watch a man who can barely sing live perform. Even his original solo stuff is all written by other musicians, he just does the lyrics and use studio magic on his voice. He has done good though, for a man who sings maybe 50% of his lyrics live.

I will be 70 this year (2025), and I am still watching and listening to Molokko. I do think this band is underrated by my generation. I grew up with Santana, Chicago, Zappa, Marvin Gaye, the Stones. Nevertheless I experience this band as exceptional. Great songs, great lyrics, great musicians.

I was 9 during this LOL....yet I knew who mike patton was from Faith no more...For some reason, I skipped over this band in Highschool...Now as an adult, I have the utter most respect for their crazyness during the early 90's, when every other band like motley crew, or some bullshit like that did piles of cocaine, and pretended to play music LOL

Every single member is a top tier musician, the only other band a can think of that meets that criteria is The Eagles, and actually probably CCR.
