I support these claims been using for years! I’m a guy and I love my rockstar luscious medium locks! Took the chance and purchased them because it had “grow hair fast” on there and I’m like yeah that’s a marketing gimmick, boy I was wrong, my mother, my girlfriend and daughter loves how good the product is not sure about eating food I took them with juice and no food still works great!
