I realize this is just a commercial and the turning of the sign was just to make and emphasize a point! But this could have been solved by having both new and existing customers on the same side. (Which would mean there would be no need for this particular commercial.) And why would the guy be even standing there next to the sign except to turn the sign. Yet he is exhausted after two turns! It is just an irritating commercial even though its purpose was to emphasize a point! I cringe when this commercial comes on!
