I was told in another video that white sage have male and female plants. Is that true?

OMG to see you force these roots into a black pot - breaking some of them in the process then stuffing moss only into the pot made me shout at the screen. That orchid is soon going to rot as it will hold far too much water.

What 3-1 spray are you using ? You said this spray but never mentioned the name and I can’t see it the bottle clearly …thank you

great vid on a great plant. in fact, it is the most sensitive of mint family to wet feet. not that it does not need water, it is that it will not be well if you water it too much. if you live where it rains often, or have soil that holds water, this is not a plant for you. i never water the mound it dominates at all and i have the healthiest most robust and continual summer flower patch around. perfect for the mountain nw usa where i am. one of the favorites of native pollinators as well. keeps my little orchard humming 🙂 to plant where you want it, cut off a flower head after frost and shake it over where you want the seed to go. let it overwinter (it needs cold stratification for germination) and the following spring you will have a carpet of babies 🙂 after the first full year, the plant will be established and will give you abundant flowers all summer long. one of my favorites 🙂

I know this is an older video, but it's very helpful. Thanks. I had my Staghorn mounted onto a piece of driftwood, but eventually, she started looking very sad. I suspect I suffocated the root ball because it felt packed too tight. Upon inspecting the underside of the shield, there was a thick but short main root. I've now transplanted her into a pot with some airy chunkier medium. How likely is it that she'll recover?

Tried this exact sprinkler this morning. It shot water out about 6 inches. Wouldn’t even turn the water as shown in the picture. The existing popup isn’t great, but covers 3x the area. Adjusted flow nothing helped it

Lantana can be extremely invasive and its very hard to get rid of in certain areas so a pot would a good place for that

It’s highly invasive once the flowers go to berries and it’s spread by birds. I’ve been the recipient of this and had privet all along my fence line.

Humidity is never high where I live in Central Oregon. Is spagnum moss better here? I am watching videos from the far east and they have some intetesting methods. I have the green stuff but I donʼt know if it expires eventually. What do you think?

Thank you Dave for yet another exceedingly helpful video packed with tips! :D. Especially loved the experienced growing tips about the basil, melons, herbs, other veggies. Was afraid that I’m too late for tomatoes, but now know from Dave that I can still plant cherry tomatoes! Also didn’t know Black Krim does well on the coast, thought it was too cold for a large tomato, but thanks to Dave’s advice, I’m encouraged to try it next season! I look forward to his videos every month because I learn so much. 😊🌱🌱🍅🥬🍉🥒
