I wonder if the village green is a famous set (used in the Friends opening, Hocus Pocus, etc etc)...unfortunately I can't be sure due to the low video quality. But I very much enjoyed this commercial!

So that is Billy Boy the drummer. Billy Bob introduces him right before he starts singing. They also went thru the names again later in the show. So 100% it is Billy Boy.
