The Michigan Public Health Institute (MPHI) is a 501©3 that was established in 1990, and has been leading Michigan in the field of public health ever since. The Center for Healthy Communities (CHC) is a program within MPHI that works collaboratively with our community partners to transform public health systems and improve the health of communities through assessment, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement. Our multi-disciplinary staff in the program offer specialized knowledge, skills, and partnerships in public health improvement, tribal health and wellness, and maternal child health, among others.
This channel provides video content and webinar recordings of the work that CHC does. Should you have any questions about our work, please do not hesitate to contact our Program Director, Dr. Julia Heany at
