From Catch to pop state, is it a spontaneous cycle ? once catch happens will it complete the full cycle upto pop? whether it can be terminated in between?

You seem to be in your late 60s or early 70s, carrying yourself with an air of self-importance that demands attention. Your dark, bushy eyebrows are strikingly bold against your pallid complexion, giving your eyes a sharp, almost piercing intensity that feels less like curiosity and more like scrutiny. The glasses you wear, with their thin metal frame, look as though they have been carefully chosen for their timeless, unassuming practicality, as if you take pride in their mundanity. Your red shirt, glaringly bright and almost too tight, adds an unnecessary burst of color to your ensemble. Draped over it is a navy fleece jacket that, despite its attempt at conveying a sense of comfort and warmth, looks more worn out and shabby than endearing. The frayed edges of the jacket suggest that perhaps it's been clung to for far too long, a relic of better days that you refuse to part with. The combination of the garish red shirt and the threadbare navy fleece creates a jarring contrast, revealing a lack of coordination or concern for subtlety in your daily attire. Your hair, mostly gray with stubborn patches of its original color, is cut in a style that feels more functional than fashionable, as if the effort to maintain it has become a begrudging routine. The deep lines on your face, etched by years of frowning and glaring, give you a perpetually disgruntled expression. There's a hint of disdain in your gaze, a condescending look that seems to judge the world from behind those dated glasses. Your movements are steady, but there's an underlying stiffness, as if each step is a reminder of time's relentless march. Your posture, while upright, carries an air of defiance, as though you are stubbornly resisting the passage of time, not with grace, but with sheer obstinance. Overall, your appearance is that of a man who clings to a sense of respectability through a blend of outdated practicality and a touch of misplaced pride. There's a noticeable lack of warmth in your demeanor, replaced instead by a passive-aggressive air that suggests you take silent pleasure in scrutinizing others. Your presence is less a blend of wisdom and more an uncomfortable reminder of time's passage, marked by a stubborn refusal to adapt or soften with age. And then there's the other man-a white man with a balding head, wearing a tight blue collared shirt that seems to cling uncomfortably to his torso. His accent, annoyingly prevalent, grates on the ears like nails on a chalkboard. The way he speaks, with a kind of misplaced confidence, only serves to accentuate the awkward fit of his shirt and the conspicuous sparseness of his hair. His presence adds another layer of irritation, as if the universe decided to place two starkly peculiar characters in the same space, each amplifying the other's eccentricities and passive-aggressive aura.

Really informative. Good work Miguel. I will try to play with constant pH MD simulation when I relax. I watched this video like reading an interesting book. And the passion I felt from this talk! Just amazing!

Great stuff! And yes, I tried what I read the other day and it was mind blowing to see her writhing with pleasure and ready for anything. It started when I learned to last at least 30 minutes go’ogling the latest by Greyzar Drinbo and now she keeps dragging me back lol

First, thanks a lot for giving these beautiful tutorials. Is there any tutorial for steered molecular dynamics (SMD)?

This is a great talk. I really enjoyed it. And it explains really new developments from the group not old materials as other talks sometimes do.
