还是有一些缺点： 1. 挨着很高一栋养老院，公园可能给老人建造 2. 这是这周围唯一一个容积率3.5的盘。其他都是2.8及其以下 3. 不在光华学区

从山下上来，金马伦休闲是个非常好的选择，他没有云顶的喧闹却又充满着农家的氛围水杯，而且买东西也非常方便，金马伦就像一个小镇这边的气候，清爽宜人

In front of the sliding have a useless one opposite nearest to toilet I'd like to use that space to create fish farm with restaurant: krapu and siakap live farm fish restaurant. I think to add gate also when it closes. Know on top have field, I think of making chalet there, wonder when is republic poly becoming a shopping mall, heard like that.

not really, the sun light will come in diagonally. you can refer to the sunlight chart in the video.

Is south west facing OK since the video share hottest month is in June and sun is shining northwest direction? Southwest hottest period is December but it's rainy season.

Jalan Anak Bukit 你预测会开在多少价位？远东开盘通常非常高,可是地价购得蛮低的. LINQ 和 Mayfair, Forett已经$2k+ PSF, 远东应该不会开得太低

@@赵秀华-e4j 新年快乐！ 今年我比较看好的新盘有 Tanah Merah， Slim Barracks， Liv@MB 当然最终还是要看开盘价格。 公平的价格要参考周边二手楼盘的价格跟交易量做综合评估。 Verticus在二手市场可能会遇到不小的阻力。

Thanks for the reply... Cuz from what I observe throughout the year... Or most of the months... South have sunlight from 11am to 5pm..... And also for wind... Always is coming from north... I have never enjoy wind from south before... Sad...
