I already tried and put a 3"x1" mini rechargeable fan it's no good. Heat buildup still there of course when I crank it up longer than 3 songs then it'll automatically shuts itself down

You need holes on the top and sides instead of bottom of the case since there's no airflow when you make the bottom ones because pcb fills all the space

Sana masagot po. Nag wiwiggle po ba motor mo click 150, kong merong topbox, kapag mabigat na laman o kahit walang laman? at ganyan din bracket ko. Yung click 150 ko na wiggle, kahit mag one hand lang ako, biglang wiwiggle. O kahit liliko lang na may topbox ganun din.

madaming cause ang pg wiggle ng motor, pede sa t post, sa alignment ng gulong at mags. nakaranas lng ako nun small tire pg highspeed at nun sira na ung ballrace bearing so far nun nag top box ako smooth byahe ko kahit loaded ng styrofoam box at top box nag wiggle lng nun mababa tire pressure nun na correct ko na til now ok manakbo. I also just received the BT20a pro amplifier + 48v power supply from fosi, I have an abnormally hot temperature even when not using it. I asked fosi, they suggested I drill holes in the device... This method is terrible! But I just found this very effective and cheap option. Buy a laptop cooling pad with a fan (the quieter the fan, the better so it doesn't affect the music listening experience). Place the Fosi BT20a pro on and the temperature will decrease after a period of time from above 70 degrees Celsius to room temperature. This is so amazing! Sorry if my English language is not good, hope to solve the overheating problem that many users are experiencing

Just twist it counter clockwise like the other two. Use a long nose plier or long neck socket that's it, pretty basic. 👍🏼

Get a plier, then remove the orange knob with it by pulling it upward cover it first with something to prevent it from scratch when you full it. Then unscrew those nuts holding the knob assembly. That's it

I have the same problem. Its pretty warm at idle, but when playing music, it gets blistering and shuts down after 5-10 minutes. With the treble all the way up, the bass at 3oclock and the volume at about 70-75%, it sounds great. Them - *poof!* done. I'm using the Fosi 48v 5A PSU and driving two 200watt 8ohm klipsch speakers. My older BT30A's had zero problems and never got hot. Basically, Fosi sold us on the fancy orange knob. The BT20A-PRO's are crap.

@@jimmynotch I have no idea why the amp gets so hot even at idle, but I just ordered 2 of the 48v amps like last week and my 2 fosi audio bt20a pros go from ambient like I don't feel any heat to so hot I beardly can hold my hand on them what doing nothing but idling. 1 of them shutdown on me while in use from me just watching TV for what I assume was overheating issues. I had both these amps for about over a year now with no issues. Might send them back if it continues. I'll see if drilling holes in the case will help first though since it seems to be made of soft metal like aluminum.

This is bad așś I can’t get a powered suffer subwoofer to work on this to save my life. I’ve been a professional musician, musician for 25 years. I’ve used three different powered subs and one of them being a pro audio one for live music. I’ve got a really nice receiver now I ordered my record player a month ago. It still isn’t here so I’m not worried about that but I cannot get a powered subwoofer to work on this to save my life. I love it otherwise. … The Bose outdoor speakers that I have are doing wonderful with it, but I need some Flippin bass!!!!
