@@RiderTalkHQ muted no m8 volume is low usally i play videos on 20% in your video i had to pump up the volume over 60% to hear you thats why i tell the muted part ))

Make sure you are trying to access the control panel from the PC plugged into the jack marked STREAM USB

Is there a way to use this with an USB headphone? I have a dual pc setup but looks like I have to have a 3.5 mm headphone for this.

Only ways are if you use the windows listen functionality, which adds some audio latency, or if the USB headset has a way of converting from aux (Like the Astro a40 mixamp)

Uncheck the microphone on whatever “channel” you’re listening on. (Headphones or main out) if that doesn’t fix it then make sure under advanced audio properties the microphone isn’t set to listen.

This helped, but I’m getting like a constant clicking/white noise static noise, I’m getting anew XLR cable, what could be causing that? It’s coming into my headphones

Tbh I like it. Being GoXLR has submixes in beta, I’ll stay with it but if it didn’t, this would be something I’ll look into getting 😊

hello, tell me please, can I use my usb microphone on the faders? Is it possible to specify in the program instead of the xlr microphone any other one that is in the sound-record panel?

Yes, as long as the USB mic has a 3.5mm monitoring/output jack. You power the mic via PC usb, and use a 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio cable to run from the monitoring output of the USB mic to the microphone input of the mixer and then set up as normal. Just make sure to setup everything the same way.

@@Flafik_ no, the microphone is direct input only to the interface. You can still use a USB mic, but there won’t be any fader or dual PC functionality.

I have been searching the internet for videos about this product. Truth is, I have a few problems with it. Every time I turn the system and the software on there is an effect enabled. even though I do not have one enabled on the unit. The fix for this is to toggle and effect on and off to get no effect. Then it works as it should. Other times it will take like 5 minutes after start-up for me to hear anything. the last issue that I've encountered is, Sometimes the mic input for comms in games will just stop working. I have to re enable it in the game's settings. I'm thinking this is the GAME USB cable. So, after I replace that I should be good in that regard. All in all, it's a solid product but it has some flaws that firmware/software updates should easily fix. Personally, id give it a generous 4/5 stars.

Hey thanks for the comment! The auto enabled effect is definitely an annoyance. Especially when you hit record and get a couple segments of content. I have not had an issue with having to wait minutes after powering on to hear anything. fortunately. I will remember the possibility though. Similarly with the mic input for comms. I have talked to Jesus via email quite a bit, and he has always been very quick to help resolve problems. Really hoping for a software/firmware fix myself to address a couple issues and improvements.
