Par value: how much we get back (returned to us) at the end of the bond Coupon Rate: Money returned you on a periodic basis (interest rate based solely on par value) Discount rate is how much you purchased the bond for (if you were given a discount) Current Yield: how much money are we making from the bond annually? A stream of Benzene (50 kg/h) and o-xylene (50 kg/h) is fed to a continuous distillation column at temperature 20oC and pressure of 1.013 bar. to achieve a minimum benzene purity of 99% at the top. A benzene concentration of 1% shall not be exceeded on the bottom. Use R/Rmin of 1.6. Design a continuous distillation column to meet the desired specifications using shortcut column in CHEMCAD software to report the total number of stages, minimum number of stages, feed stage location and calculated reflux ratios.

Kind of confusing using 6 months in the coupon rate. They are defined annually, so in your example the coupon rate is actually 10%, right?

The first two rules are very easy to understand, what is challenging is the third rule, but unfortunately this video tells us nothing about the third rule, very disappointing.

In case anyone else comes here looking for what I was looking for, please note that if you don't care about the ORDER of the balls you pick out, multiply the bottom part of the equation by P factorial. The formula becomes *N! / (P! * (N-P)!)* . **Example:** There are 7 balls in the bag (so N=7) , and you may only pick 4 (so P=4). What is the chance of getting the White, Red, Pink and Purple balls, in *any order?* **Answer:** 7! / (4! * (7-4)! ) = 5040 / (24 * 6) = 5040 / 144 = 35 (so, a 1 in 35 chance).
