Great video. How do check that the belt is returned to the correct tension?
@justoutdoors365223 күн бұрын
I always check it by hand, I just make sure it has no more than one inch of play up and down.

It’s not, is the sound with the after market exhaust but remember the microphone is inside the helmet.

Hey dude, watched your video. It’s great, but do yourself a favor and go to the hardware store and get shorter bolts! The bags are useless this way because the bolts are in the way.

No way, just leave the standard exhaust on.. I appreciate it does look a bit naf, but it's a cruiser bike and cruiser bikes are not about what the exhaust looks like

Great video brother, Took mine out yesterday, very little space to work, now my concern is to hook the 2 hoses right, i could barely see what I was doing, pretty much by feel. One hose comes from the drive to the pump, the other one goes from the pump to the cooling circuit.
@justoutdoors3652 Жыл бұрын
On my case the bottom pump inlet is for the hose coming from the drive, water comes in the bottom of the pump and goes out the top of the pump to the engine.

How does the Rebel 500 compare to the Vulcan S?
@justoutdoors3652 Жыл бұрын
The Rebel 500 in my personal experience is more of a beginner bike with some highway capabilities, but up to 65 mph, anything over that vibrates and pushes you around,the Vulcan S in the other hand cruise between 75 to 80 mph with no problem. The dash on the Vulcan S has more functions and its more visible during bright days. Wiring accessories to the Rebel is more difficult, getting to the battery is a lot harder, adding a battery tender and wiring accessories to the Vulcan is a breeze, even removing the seat on Vulcan S is easier. Turns and maneuvers on the Rebel is easier since is lighter. If your looking for a bike to cruise on the highway definitely the Vulcan or will consider the Rebel 1100. They both has decent power but I prefer the Vulcan S
