Performing this work was definitely a highlight of my time singing in San Diego. The text, the music and love put into this work was almost overwhelming. This was so beautiful and touching. I laughed and cried. I'm feeling such gratitude for being able to be his friend. Thank you Ellen and Joe for putting this up for us to watch and everyone who shared stores and sang. I really loved this part, about how "Jason lived in the world as it should be". Maybe we all should find our own magic, our own "Turnage factor". He had this magic, that with just a smile he could capture your heart and bring joy. There should be a movie made based on Jason's life. I will tell you what I sense.. he's excited about the next stage in his spiritual journey and he'd want us to feel that love and joy that his smile and his eyes gave us in life, Everytime we think if him. ✨🥀
