I moved from Lansdale to Boca Raton FL. Lansdale is so run down and never changes. I guess it's good if you like a specific culture of sports (philly in general) and a very slow paced environment. So much diversity, attractions and change elsewhere.

I am the other way around. I moved from Miami to PA. First to Lansdale. I admit that the city is slow paced and a bit run down. (In fact PA in general look run down everywhere). But it is a diverse town. People are nice. I sometimes go to a bank without my ID because they know me. The perk of a small town! ;D

Lived here 45 yrs……Poorly run township……Becomes more run down year by year attracting dollar stores and bottom feeders….
