06:31 It seems that John Petrucci is tired! Without motivation, very different from the Petrucci of old. He must be tired from playing and traveling so much. This is reflected in his performances during the solo, without energy! Life on the road must be very tiring and exhausting, especially at their age.

But look, we don't give a shit about your opinion. So relax and enjoy life and avoid criticizing those who are far superior to you in every sense, even at a certain age.

@Josephine-le4ep Who is criticizing someone, the crazy guy? At no point did I criticize John, quite the opposite, he is the guitarist I admire the most and I really like his sound. But it is clear that he is tired. You must be an angry fan boy!
@Josephine-le4ep6 күн бұрын
@@ELISEUGUEDESGUITARYou're babbling about something obvious and blatantly implicit, because it doesn't take a scientist to understand that at almost 58 years of age even the most immense and gifted musical geniuses can get tired. Moreover, after a world tour of this magnitude, which would have been exhausting even for a young novice musician, let alone for someone of that age. So your comment is meaningless, because even a child would go so far as to make certain observations that have more of the flavor of gratuitous criticism than anything else. I therefore advise you to avoid certain comments that have nothing constructive and to repent of them by instead highlighting how much character and how much immense internal strength this man possesses, who still manages to give the best of himself on a tour of this magnitude, still checkmating any guitarist on the world metal scene even younger than him. Finally, I'll point out that I've been following this band since '92 and I certainly can't be a "fanboy" as you yourself are clearly demonstrating.

Grandi Dream, grande, immenso Petrucci!

I met Mike Portnoy after a Winery Dogs gig nice guy. Someone super fan appeared with about 20 different CDs that Mike was on. Mike just kindly signed them all for this fan. A couple of weeks later he got the call back to Dream Theatre. Legend.

Okay James can sing great but tbh singing a 3-4 hour show takes a toll on him. fans can sometimes be overly critical that the live music should sound like the record obviously it isnt the case. its hard to beat James and to find a vocalist that gives justice to the role aint an easy task but. i have to say, those flats and missed que/beat aint helping him as a singer he should perform at a register that is comfortable though not as high register fans would understand. but sing the song properly James, stop flapping youre an unwelcome distraction

For a time I listened to "A dramatic turn of events" thinking it was a CD from the Portnoy era. I think this is the CD from the Mangini era that is most similar to the "classic" Dream Theater
