Actually, you misunderstood him. What he means is that he has a completely different mindset. He is trying to say that the concepts of being 'introverted' or 'extroverted' aren't ingrained in his way of thinking. To him, focusing on these traits makes him feel weak. His mindset is entirely focused on achieving new goals, and that's all he can think about. That's why he said these traits don't exist for him. He understands what being introverted or extroverted means, but they are not part of his perspective.
