I just got into lawn care a few months ago. Besides doing landscaping projects during the winter do you just edge and blow the properties during the winter. Most of my yards are cookie cutter with not much to upsell right now.

Yes keep checking on your properties and let your customers know that you are present. If there’s nothing to do send them a text message and let them know that you were there and the property looks good and you’ll see them the next service. Offer irrigation inspections in the off-season to make sure that the grass and property is ready to go for the upcoming season if you have any more questions feel free to reach out

@@NextDoorLawnCareLandscape currently I have only 11 clients. I started a few months ago. I'm planning on marketing maybe late jan -feb leading up to march growing season. I don't have socials yet but planning on soon. Would you recommend quick books or a different crm? As of now I'm just a solo operator but I need at least double the clients next year. It been hard gaining new clients. Maybe I'm not pushy enough to close the deal.
