0:10 [Warning]Episode #5 Crossroads of the miniseries🎖Captain🏅 🎯America🇺🇲 the🪖 Super Soldier🛡 (the Meralim)(Daniel 12:1; Nahum 3:3; Revelation 6:2) Crossroads “ Crossroads ” Episode: 5 Preceded by: " Replacements " Followed by: " Bastogne " "Crossroads" is the 5th episode of Captain America: Super Soldier(the Meralim). It once again features Steve Rogers in a starring role. It follows him winning a raid against German troops and earning him a promotion to Battalion XO. Synopsis Captain America Rogers is promoted to Executive Officer (XO) of 2nd Battalion and is no longer given command of Easy Company. He is transferred to Battalion HQ and given administrative duties that include typing field reports. He finds it difficult to relinquish control of Easy Company and focus on his new duties. Summary On October 17, 1944, in the Netherlands, at the Schoonderlogt Estate, Captain America Steve Rogers is looking out the window of the room he shares with Captain James Buchanan "Bucky" Barnes. They have been ordered to go to the 506th Regiment HQ, but Barnes refuses to wake up, so Rogers grabs a nearby cup of liquid and throws it over a groggy Barnes, which works. Barnes becomes enraged and exclaims that it is his own urine, and throws his pillow at Rogers, who begins to laugh. As they approach the HQ, Barnes tells them that they are the only unit to have the Germans on the German side of the Rhine River and that if they had managed to fight the Germans off at Antwerp, they could have made a major advance into Germany. Rogers is instructed to give Colonel Sink a fully written battle report on how he ran into a crossroads with one of Easy's squadrons about a month earlier. Rogers leaves to do so and begins to recall the events of the battle. He recalls when Liebgott ran with the rest of his patrol; Liebgott has a minor but bleeding neck wound and another of them is seriously wounded. After telling them that they have found a company of Germans nearby, Rogers has Lipton gather Easy's first squad to go with them to the crossroads. Scouting the area, they find the German company inexplicably firing an MG-42 towards the battalion headquarters, which is miles away and well out of range. Rogers organizes an attack, having the mortar squads blow up the road. The machine gunners provide covering fire and the rest go forward with Rogers to pick off vulnerable soldiers on the road, Rogers himself assigning individual men from the German squad to specific men from the first squad. They successfully take out several Germans with the attack and quickly retreat to regroup and plan their next attack. Rogers and the squad wait until dawn. Rogers orders a charge that he will lead, telling the rest to fix their bayonets and charge into the red smoke while he runs first. The smoke grenade is slow to launch, and the soldiers are far behind Rogers, who reaches the line first and shoots a young German soldier, then more soldiers. Although the surprise attack is successful, another German company appears, leading to a full-scale firefight, with Rogers calling in heavy artillery strikes. Private Webster and Sergeant John W. Martin capture a trench of soldiers, one of whom tells them he is Polish, despite speaking German. Martin realizes that they are SS and refuses to accept the idea that they are Polish. Webster is hit in the foot by a German artillery barrage and is taken to the aid station. The rest of the team overpowers the Germans and secures the area. Martin rounds up 11 prisoners. Rogers approaches an angry Liebgott shooting at the still-living Germans crawling over the bodies of their dead comrades, trying to escape the camp. Rogers orders Liebgott to cease shooting and escort Martin's prisoners back to the Battalion CP. Believing the angry Liebgott to be untrustworthy, Rogers orders him to drop all ammunition and removes all but one of the cartridges from Joe's rifle. He tells him that killing one prisoner will cause the others to attack and possibly kill him and escape. Rogers then sits down looking at the young German he threw the flying disc at earlier. Barnes approaches and offers him a glass of water. Colonel Sink arrives shortly after to assess the situation and informs Rogers that he is to assume the position of battalion commander. Rogers accepts and suggests that 1st Lt. Fredrick "Moose" Heyliger take his place. Later, as Rogers and Heyliger walk together and Rogers briefs him on Easy, Heyliger is shot by a nervous Army sentry. Heyliger survives, but his injuries are too severe to allow him to command Easy. On a short break in Mourmelon-le-Grand, France, the company watches Seven Sinners, a film starring Marlene Dietrich and John Wayne. Rogers and Barnes enter and the film is interrupted. The commanding officers inform the men that they have that they must embark immediately for Belgium and that all leave has been cancelled. The company travels by trucks a few hundred miles to the small village of Bastogne; it is under attack by an unexpectedly large German force. Colonel Sink tells Rogers and Easy that they will have to defend Bastogne, a junction town of about seven roads that is vital to the advance of the German tank divisions. Colonel Strayer arrives just in time, having been on leave in London. Easy's new commander, 1st Lieutenant Norman Dike, arrives and is debriefed by Rogers about the preparations for the defense, including ammunition, cold-weather clothing, and food packs for the company. A lieutenant, George Rice, brings a jeep full of ammunition boxes. He says he will make another ammunition run if he can, and suggests that Easy and the other companies at his disposal will be surrounded after the last open road is cut shortly. Rogers tells him that the paratroopers must be surrounded and joins his comrades as they make their way into the forest under cover of darkness. Casualties and Deaths Corporal William Dukeman Jr (KIA) 1st Lieutenant Frederick T. Heyliger (WIA)

This score is so fricking phenomenal. It's got patriotism, the Bruckheimer Media Ventures sound, and Michael Bay-style power anthems all in one.

Major Steve Rogers Rank Main Born January 21, 1918 Died January 2, 2073 * Nickname Grant Major Steven "Grant" Rogers is the main character in the miniseries Captain America the Super Soldier (the Meralim). * Steve Rogers' longevity is the phenotype of the pre-Adamis (antediluvian) recessive longevity gene, the Grigori genome. (Joshua 14:17-18) Biography Early life Steve Rogers was born on January 21, 1918, in New Holland, Pennsylvania, USA, to Becky and Anita Bath Rogers. His family moved to Ephrata when he was 8, and later to Lancater. He had a younger sister named Ann. He graduated from Lancaster Boys' High School in 1937, and from Franklin & Marshall College in June 1941. He earned money by mowing lawns, and later working in a grocery store, and finally as a painter of high-voltage pylons for the Edison Electric Company. He volunteered for the Army on August 25, 1941, because in those days you could leave the Army after one year of service, and to avoid being drafted at the beginning of a promising career. He completed training at Camp Croft, South Carolina as a Private. However, after the United States entered the war following the attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, no further discharges were allowed, and Rogers was forced to remain in the Army. World War II He continued training with the Army. Rogers' platoon leader was from the ROTC and proved to be incompetent; he once lectured his platoon for an hour on the M1 Garand Rifle while holding an M1903 Springfield. After this experience, Rogers chose to attend Officers Candidate School at Fort Benning, Georgia, where he met his friend Bucky Barnes. After graduating on June 2, 1942, he was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant. He was impressed with the Paratroopers and chose to enlist in the Airborne, and was sent to Camp Toccoa, Georgia, for training. He was assigned to Easy Company, 2nd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division, as the 2nd Platoon leader. It was there that he met the overly strict Captain Herbert Sobel, who commanded the company. Rogers and his friend Barnes Rogers and his men would hike up and down Currahee Mountain and were encouraged by Sobel to perform additional calisthenics exercises beyond what was required of other paratrooper companies. One night, when Rogers was accompanying Easy Company on a hike to Currahee, Private Randleman complained that Sobel hated the Company. Rogers joked, "He doesn't hate Easy Company. He just hates you." In the morning, he told his friend, Lieutenant Barnes, that Sobel had ordered him to arbitrarily select several soldiers to receive latrine duty as punishment for minor infractions, which reminded Bucky of an old warden of his. Rogers was promoted to first lieutenant by now-Captain Sobel and became Easy Company's executive officer, replacing First Lieutenant Clarence Hester, who had been transferred to the battalion. Sobel gave Rogers mess duty and asked him to make spaghetti, since it was a rainy day and they would be skipping the afternoon run up the hill. But he then cut the meal short, ordering the Company to run anyway. Many of the men vomited their food as they ran. At Fort Benning, Rogers qualified as a paratrooper and went with the company to Camp Mackall and later to Camp Shanks in 1943. Easy Company went to Aldbourne, England, to await orders and undergo further training. While there, Sobel led the 2nd Platoon in a race to a certain checkpoint, while Rogers led the 1st Platoon. Sobel and his platoon got lost and were blocked by a fence, and Sobel was tricked into cutting through it by George Luz's Major Horton impersonation. Rogers reached the checkpoint first, and his platoon encountered an elderly man on a bicycle who raised his hands in surrender, saying, "You Yanks have done it. You've captured me." Sobel and his platoon appeared on the road, racing toward the checkpoint, and the elderly man asked, "Is that the enemy?" Rogers replied, "As a matter of fact, yes."

0:10 ✴️BIOGRAPHY✝️🎖MAJOR 🏅🗽AMERICA🇺🇲 🪖THE SUPER SOLDIER🎯(THE MERALIM)(Daniel 12:1; Nahum 3:3; Revelation 6:2) Captain America the Super Soldier (the Meralim) Rogers was later punished by Sobel for failing to follow an order that Rogers had not received; he was given a choice-denial of a weekend pass for 2 months, or contesting the charge by court-martial. Rogers, immediately recognizing Sobel's motives and how imposing a non-judicial punishment would prevent him from jumping into Normandy, overruled Sobel with a written demand for a court-martial, which would prevent both he and Sobel from jumping into the proceedings. Rogers chose the latter, which Sobel neither expected nor wanted. Ultimately, Sobel was relieved of command of Easy Company, and as he left, Rogers saluted him, which Sobel ignored. While preparing for the Normandy landings, Rogers met 2nd Lieutenant Buck Compton and reprimanded him for playing games with the enlisted men. Before the invasion, Barnes and Rogers shared a brief memory of Sobel when he was in command (shown at the beginning of Episode 1). Finally, Easy Company departed for the landing. Rogers sat huddled in the C-47 carrying himself and a few members of Easy Company. As they arrived over France, explosions erupted all around the planes as the Germans fired anti-aircraft guns at them. Rogers witnessed a plane being torn in half by one of the shells. Another shell exploded near one of Rogers' men, ripping out the window. Fortunately, the man was unharmed. Before they reached the position, a nearby shell killed the co-pilot, and the panicked pilot immediately gave the green light indicating that they should bail out. Rogers made the jump, but his leg bag containing his weapons was ripped from him as he exited the plane, leaving him with only his knife. Rogers landed safely, but not at his objective. None of his men were nearby. He met a young man named Hall, who had been separated from Able Company. Hall went with Rogers. Rogers later regrouped with half a platoon-sized section of his men. Along the way to the checkpoint, they encountered a German patrol. Rogers and the half-platoon were hiding, and Rogers told them to wait for his command to fire. But before he could give the order, Guarnere began firing his submachine gun, slaughtering some of the Germans. Rogers, with his position exposed, ordered the rest of the men to attack. They killed the Germans in a horse-drawn wagon with a grenade, while two other wagons escaped. Guarnere continued to fire his gun, killing one horse and wounding the other horse, and he did not hesitate to kill the last soldier. An angry Rogers reprimanded Guarnere, telling him to wait for his command. Joseph Toye put the wounded horse out of its misery with his pistol. The First Part of the Battle of Brecourt Manor Captain America the Super Soldier (the Meralim) - Raid on Brecourt Manor Part 1 After encountering the aftermath of a firefight, Rogers was given a German gun, and the group headed to their checkpoint. They joined up with the rest of the battalion, who directed them to a German artillery battery at Brecourt Manor. Rogers brought Privates Loraine, Plesha, Liebgott, Hendrix, Petty, Hall, Wynn, Ranney, Malarkey, Cpl. Toye, Sgt. Lipton, Sgt. Guarnere, and 2nd Lt. Compton with him to knock out the artillery. There, they were met by fifty Germans, and a battle ensued. After Rogers threw the flying disc shield at a German, he, Toye, and Loraine took cover behind bushes. Liebgott, Hendrix, Petty, and Plesha manned machine guns, Lipton fired at Germans from a tree with Ranney covering him, while Compton, Malarkey, and Guarnere threw grenades, killing most of a machine gun squad. Rogers led Compton, Guarnere, Malarkey, Loraine, Toye, and Wynn into the trenches. Germans were running across the field while the men picked them off. Compton killed a soldier with a grenade that exploded when it hit the soldier's head. Wynn was shot in the butt and shouted "I'm sorry, sir, I missed!" Rogers covered him as he crawled away. Later, after capturing the second gun, Hall came with explosives. Rogers placed the explosives, along with a German grenade, in the barrel of the gun to cripple the gun. He ordered Hall to go down a trench to get help. He did not come, however, and Rogers went down to find Hall, his face bloodied, killed by a mine. The paratroopers destroyed another gun and, with the help of Lieutenant Spiers, captured the other. Rogers and his men returned to the Battalio The Second Part of the Battle Captain America the Super Soldier (the Meralim) - Raid on Brecourt Mansion Part 2 That night, Guarnere, Malarkey, Ranney, Liebgott, Lipton, Compton and Toye ate a meal in a truck to celebrate, (Liebgott left because Malarkey farted), Rogers found them. "Wow, did something die in here?" he asks after smelling it. "Yeah, Malarkey's ass," Ranney says. To the men's surprise, Rogers took a sip of alcohol. He also finally earned Guarnere's respect. Before leaving, Rogers turned and told Guarnere, "I'm not a Quaker." Rogers then found Barnes and told him that he had lost a man, Private Hall. As Barnes left, Rogers looked out over a city burning under bombs. He then promised himself that if he survived the war, he would find a quiet corner of the world and live the rest of his life in peace. Later, he was seen moving with Easy towards the city of Carentan. Along the way, they got separated from Fox Company. He sent Hoobler and Blithe to find them. They then found them, and Blithe went to tell Rogers when he found a dead German. Rogers and Barnes showed up and informed him that he was wearing a flower that was supposed to be the mark of a true soldier.

0:10 ✴️BIOGRAPHY✝️🎖MAJOR 🏅🗽AMERICA🇺🇲 🪖THE SUPER SOLDIER🎯(THE MERALIM)(Daniel 12:1; Nahum 3:3; Revelation 6:2) Captain America the Super Soldier (the Meralim) The next day, they reached Carentan. Rogers gave the signal, but as the men charged, an MG opened fire. Only Hoobler and Luz made it, while two others were killed, and the rest took cover. Rogers shouted for the men to leave, and the men then charged the town. Casualties mounted as artillery and mortar fire spread, but eventually the town was taken. Rogers informed the Battalion Staff that it was safe to go. As they fled, a sniper shot rang out, and Rogers was hit in the leg by a ricochet. The Real Steve Rogers While being tended to by Doc Roe, Rogers noticed that Blithe did not look well. Blithe explained that he could not see, he had just "blacked out." Rogers assured him that he would fly him back to England. As he left, Blithe suddenly stood up, declaring that he could see, meaning that Rogers' speech had somehow helped him regain his sight. Rogers then took part in the defence of Carentan, where he was seen encouraging a shocked Blithe to start shooting, which he eventually did. They managed to repel the attack and Carentan was safe. Rogers later returned to England with the rest of his company. He earned the Distinguished Service Cross for his actions at Brecourt and was promoted to Captain America. Rogers, now officially confirmed as commander of Easy Company, led the men on their second jump, as part of Operation Market Garden in the Netherlands. They occupied the village of Eindhoven without resistance and continued onwards, supported by British armour. However, the Allies were poorly informed about German strength in the area, and at Nuenen the Anglo-American attack was quickly repulsed by elite Waffen-SS Panzer units. Rogers and Barnes later watched sadly as Eindhoven-which had been retaken by the Germans after Easy's withdrawal-was bombed by the Allies, with Rogers remarking that he did not like retreat and that the next time the Allies entered Eindhoven, they would not be greeted as liberators. Rogers then led Easy in an attack on Waffen-SS positions as part of Operation Pegasus, designed to help British paratroopers trapped in the Market Garden escape. The operation was a success, and several German troops were killed, while 11 prisoners were taken. When Joseph Liebgott was placed in charge of the prisoners, Rogers removed all but one of the cartridges from his gun, warning him that if he tried to kill any prisoners, the rest would be able to attack him (Liebgott was of Jewish descent and harbored feelings of vengeance towards the SS). For his success, Rogers was appointed battalion commander and given leave to Paris. However, he found himself unable to enjoy his vacation, haunted by the memory of shooting a teenage Waffen-SS soldier during Pegasus. Rogers had been talking to Barnes about who could replace Easy Company now that he was the battalion commander. They currently had one man, Lieutenant Dyke, who didn't really fit the job, as he never seemed like a good leader and had never seen combat before, which was exactly what they needed in a commander. During an attack on the village of Foy, this was proven correct when Dyke froze and made stupid mistakes, such as ceasing the advance of the attack, allowing a sniper to pick them off one by one, and constant shelling to keep them scattered. Rogers went to take Dyke's place due to his attachment to the company, only to be pulled back by Colonel Robert F. Sink. Rogers instead had 1st Lt. Speirs to take Dyke's place, which proved to be a good choice, as the Company was able to take the city with ease thanks to Speirs. At Hagenau, he was promoted to major. During the post-surrender occupation, at the scene of the German general's speech, Captain Sobel tried to walk past now-Major Steve Rogers without saluting him. Rogers called him over and said, "We salute the rank, not the man." Sobel then reluctantly saluted Rogers, echoing an earlier scene between them. Medals and decorations Combat Infantryman's Badge. Parachutist Badge with 2 combat stars. City of Eindhoven Medal, Others include: Distinguished Service Cross, Bronze Star with Oak Leaf Cluster. Purple Heart Presidential Unit Citation with Oak Leaf Cluster. American Defense Service Medal. National Defense Service Medal. European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with 3 service stars and arrow device. World War II Victory Medal. Army of Occupation Medal. War Cross with palm. Liberation Medal French. Cross of War (Belgium) with palm Belgian Service Medal of World War II. Personality Rogers is portrayed as someone of a quiet but serious nature. He shows his humorous side when Randleman complains that Sobel hates them, to which Rogers says "He doesn't hate Easy Company, he just hates you." He is also intelligent, when he guesses that Joe Liebgott would shoot 11 German prisoners, he empties the soldier's gun and leaves one bullet, saying, "You shoot one, the rest will jump out at you." George Rice: It looks like you're going to be surrounded. Steve Rogers: We're paratroopers, Lieutenant. We should be surrounded. Sgt. Denver 'Bull' Randleman: I'll tell you what. George Luz: For who? Sgt. Denver 'Bull' Randleman: Lieutenant Rogers! Steve Rogers: What is it? Sergeant Denver 'Bull' Randleman: Permission to speak, sir. Steve Rogers: Granted. Sergeant Denver 'Bull' Randleman: Sir, we have nine companies, sir. Steve Rogers: Yes, we do. Sergeant Denver 'Bull' Randleman: Well, how come we're the only ones marching every Friday night, 12 miles, with a full pack, in pitch black? Steve Rogers: Why do you think that is, Private Randleman? Sergeant Denver 'Bull' Randleman: Lieutenant Sobel hates us, sir. Steve Rogers: Lieutenant Sobel doesn't hate Easy Company, Private Randleman. He just hates you. Sergeant Denver 'Bull' Randleman: Thank you, sir. Steve Rogers: Captain Sobel, we salute the rank, not the man. Steve Rogers: That night, I thanked God for getting me through the day and prayed that I would make it through D+1. I also promised that if I somehow made it home, I would find a nice, peaceful town and spend the rest of my life in peace. Steve Rogers: We're not lost, Private... we're in Normandy. Steve Rogers: [about Barnes's drink] Barnes, what are you going to do in battle? Captain Barnes: Oh, I have complete confidence in my money-raising abilities and I have a case of Vat 69 hidden in your footlocker. Steve Rogers: [laughs, thinks he's joking. Pauses, realizes he's not joking] Really? Captain Barnes: Oh, yeah. Cpt. Barnes: Sobel is a genius. I had a principal in prep school who was just like him. I know the type. Steve Rogers: Bucky, Michelangelo is a genius. Beethoven is a genius. Captain Barnes: Do you know a man in this company who wouldn't beat Currahee with a full pack just to piss in that man's breakfast? Steve Rogers: These men went through the toughest training the Army has to offer, under the worst possible circumstances, and they volunteered for this. 'Buck' Compton: My God, Grant, I was just shooting dice with them. Steve Rogers: You know why they volunteered? Because they knew the man in the foxhole next to them would be the best, not some recruit who would kill them. 'Buck' Compton: Are you upset because they like me? Because I'm taking the time to get to know my soldiers? I mean, come on, you've been with them two years? I've been here six days. Steve Rogers: You were gambling, Buck. 'Buck' Compton: So what? Soldiers do that. I don't deserve a reprimand for that. Steve Rogers: What if you had won? 'Buck' Compton: What? Steve Rogers: What if you had won? Never put yourself in a position where you can take these men out. Steve Rogers: [Captain Barnes doesn't wake up] Come on. Come on, you've got 10 minutes. Captain Barnes: [sleepily] Go away. Steve Rogers: Come on, big guy, come on. Captain Barnes: Oh, leave me alone! Steve Rogers: [pours the contents of a nearby jug over Barnes' head] Okay... Cpt. Barnes: HOLY SHIT! Ahhh, that's my own PISS, for God's sake! Old Man on Bike: [raising his hands in the air] You've got it now, Yankees. You've got me. Steve Rogers: [laughing] Herbert Sobel: [shouting in the background] Hey, Silver! Old Man on Bike: Could that be the enemy? Steve Rogers: Actually... yeah. Captain Barnes: What do you think of New Jersey? Steve Rogers: New Jersey? Cpt. Barnes: There's a company in Barnes, New Jersey. It's called Barnes Nitration Works. Steve Rogers: Sounds quaint. Cpt. Barnes: Yeah, well, oddly enough, I know the owners. They'll probably expect me to make something of myself. I thought maybe I could drag you along with me. Steve Rogers: Are you offering me a job? Captain Barnes: We'll see how you do in the interview, but, you know, a man with your qualifications... I think you could probably get something commensurate with your current pay grade. Barnes: The Division decided to take one officer from each regiment that served in the heroic defense of Bastogne and send them back to the States on thirty days' leave... make them go out beating the drum for war bonds, that sort of thing. Turns out I was taken. Steve Rogers: Hey, that's fantastic, Bucky. Good for you. Barnes: Thanks. Steve Rogers: But how does your leaving help me? Barnes: No. I'm not going. I've seen the United States, I grew up there. That's why I came to Europe. I just wanted to be told there was a war going on. Anyway, this thing is a waste for me, but I'm sure we could find an officer somewhere in this battalion who could use a long ride home. Col. Sink: If they come here, remember to smile for the camera. Gotta keep morale up for the guys back home. Steve Rogers: Why? Col. Sink: I don't know. Steve Rogers: [after a bullet ricochets off Barnes' helmet] NIX! Cpt. Barnes: I'm fine! I'm fine... I'm fine? "Arrival to Utapau" really feels like this is the last hurrah of the Republic before the dark times of the Empire.

The moment Luke Skywalker went out to face the the First Order alone by himself with only a lightsaber and became one of the most heroic Jedi, just because he he was Luke Skywalker. One of my favourite moments in Star Wars!❤

This music really is a tribute to Our Founding Fathers who put their lives on the line to create this nation we live in which allows liberty and justice. I know, it has been a 248 year experiment and going forward we all have to put forth the effort to improve America! God bless these United States of America!
