Mail is definitely slower than most so if you are just starting out I would cold call and put in 10-15 offers a day. It’s free just to start out and then go to mail when you get a couple deals

It depends on your goals. Newer students send out around 3000-5000 mailers to start. The market & product type you're choosing matters very much. Also, consistently mailing for 6 months will always yield great results.

Are your response rates lower for 10-100 acre tracts? Sent mail to counties in OK, FL, and TN. Roughly 3000 mailers and only 2 calls back.
