Straight up thank you for turning the music off at the roller part. The first time I ever did a maintenance kit on a printer like this (forget the model, but it was one of these), I thought it was going to be simple. I broke the clip and ended up needed to get a tech from Lexmark (probably one of their subcons) out to fix it. He was quite clear that this was the absolute most common issue he encounters by a very wide margin.

Do you have a video to replace a the printhead (laser unit)

I used to use an Epson ET-2550 kzbin.infoUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 , an early model of the ink tank style. It worked well, but had one nuisance that drove me up the wall; if you didn't put it in high quality print mode you'd get a streak across the page. I'm happy to say I have yet to see this with this printer. The print quality has been fantastic so far, the set up was super easy. All in all I'm very happy with this printer.

i needed a printer i only consider HP printer this is my 2nd HP and love it. i ordered at 10am and i had it set up by 5pm the same day.

what about the chip? there is a chip on the toner drum that needs to go from the old drum to the new one or it won't recognize the new tonner drum

I updated the firmware on my Dell b2360dn to the latest lw70 and suddently my non-gunenie cartridge isn't recognized anymore. Will trash the printer most probably... thanks Dell.

What happens if the door doesn't close and it claims to be the correct toner for the machine? I bought it through Amazon, but it's from you guys.
