Whoever killed Digit killed HER ... There were people manipulating things behind the scenes , as well .

The world is intrigue with irony. A person of great animal passion n accredited for saving the mountain gorilla specie. During Diane’s life time, she risk her life in the wild jungle by interacting with the gorillas in their own habitat. Though her death is not by the wild gorillas that could tear her to pieces like a rag doll. Diane’s killer will remain in mystery. What we do know is by the same hand with compassion to sacrifice one’s own for another, also ended Diane.

I believe the cutout in her shack happened while it was unoccupied. While Diane was out Observing perhaps? As far as the ransacking, that was done after the attack, in a panick stricken attempt to find whatever was at stake. Somebody more than likely snuck in during the night hours and murdered her in her sleep. A swift brut force to her face with the machete. Thereafter was a few moments of stress surching with the possibility of finding what was at stake?..Sad and truly disturbing. This is just my observation. There is no possible way the hole was cut while the hut was occupied.

Animals have more human compassion than humans do...I find it very hard to trust any human...we were not created to be so inhumane.

He looks suspicious to me. He could been involved. In movie you just see her fall asleep and somebody we only see his shadow comes in and kills her.
