Very expensive to self fund or start mvp. How many customers did you get signed up first few months.

Another DO for me is about crafting a meaningful value prop message, not just buzzwords like 'world-class' or 'the Uber of X'

really appreciated this video - super insightful and got me thinking! another thing that might lead to customer regret is when the product design is just too confusing. Like, when customers look at your product and they're bombarded with questions - What's this solving? Why do I even need it? How's it supposed to be used? And what am I supposed to do next? If they can’t find those answers easily, it’s a problem.

Really like the anchoring of the talk. But 21:00… recording sales calls without permission and dissecting them later? At least in the majority of the world… crazy if that is ok in the US. Europe here.
