Remove tops three nuts from struts in engine bay (easier). Then remove lower bolt as he does from lower control arm. Struts pull right out. Then remove part from struts as shown and put on new struts... slide back up and torque everything. I live in salt state and went pretty easily actually.

Good job! We're getting ready to do our kitchen and bathroom...both have vinyl flooring. I hadn't thought about "laying out" the tile first to see how it would fit!? You went all "fancy" with the diagonal. Looks great! You know... I can't let my wife see your video now!?? LOL

I’m haveing the same codes pop up on my brake controller. I have a 42ft triple axle toyhauler. Is there a way to tell which axle wire could be grounding out?? Or should I just go ahead and replace wires on all 3 axles?
@bbbjim1fixedit17 күн бұрын
If you disconnect your battery you could use a continuity tester to find the shorted wire. It is likely that all the wires are with compromised insulation and it would be best to replace them all. I wish you the best on your repair

If you have a bolted bracket you can take it off, reverse it, and give you more adjustment before the spring and whatnot need to be replaced. If it's a newer one and it's welded then you have my sympathy, I'm sure JD did this deliberately.

I'm getting ready to go camping and I walked by my fridge outside vent and could hear the propane making a noise like it had air in the line. I thought it just needed to let the air work its way out of the line. An hour later it was still making the noise so I looked up your video and took it apart and cleaned it out. Now its running and not making any unusual noise. Thank you very much for your video.

Bought it and used it for about 15 cinderblock holes, using a 5/16th diablo drill bit. Got the job done. But do recommend getting a good bit as i used a cheaper bit and it was overheating. Also used the drill function to drive through maybe 1/16 of metal which worked fine as well.
@bbbjim1fixeditАй бұрын
Agreed the better the quality of bits do make a difference

Thank you for this. My bathroom in vinyl too. The subfloor seems ok. Is it better to do durarock instead of goring directly over the vinyl? This looks much easier. Is that mastic sold in big box stores like Lowe’s etc?
@bbbjim1fixeditАй бұрын
As long as your underlayment is in good shape and you have your vinyl is glued down you can skip the Durarock. Most all big box home improvement stores carry the mastic. I wish you the best on your floor project

That’s great. That will save me a lot. I think the subfloor is fine. Thank you for your help.

Be careful what you're applauding. The weight of the machine can break the connection where the cowl meets the body. If you plan to do this, be sure you have welding equipment for repair.

If you do not have an expander, why not use a piece of the pipe you cut off, take it with you to the auto store or exhaust pipe store, and line the two up before purchasing for a perfect fit.
@bbbjim1fixeditАй бұрын
That is a good idea and can work great if they have the correct size in stock, yet some very rusted pipes need a little more expansion to get them to fit

What should the multimeter be set on to conduct this test?
@bbbjim1fixeditАй бұрын
Continuity setting, not all meters have this function. If you don’t have that function, try your lowest ohm setting and if it is more ohms then your lowest setting it is likely your switch is bad. I wish you the best on your repair
@kathiwhite1340Ай бұрын
We had the multimeter set at lowest ohm (200), and the reading was .7. When turn the meter on, it reads 1.
@bbbjim1fixeditАй бұрын
@ it is likely your switch is not the problem. You may wish to look closer at the fuse for the cruise

So that more started with only 40 psi of compression?
@bbbjim1fixeditАй бұрын
Yes, but it was low on power and by the end of the season it blew the head gasket again. The head was a bit warped so I did some resurfacing on it and lapped the valves, that increased the compression to around 70 psi
