I used the color oops on my hair for a bout 1-2 hours in a warm room or even a steaming shower it definitely did some good work but since I used cheap dark dye my hair is now green 😣😣

I'm so glad I found your video. I'm currently on my day 2, taking this vitamin and still learning a lot about it. However, I am so proud to tell that it was just last night that I fell asleep around 10:30 pm!!! The last time I remembered sleeping that time was around 11 years ago. I will definitely put your words in mind, eating before taking inositol and NEVER skip! Thank you❤

Im on my second go with metformin; the slow release this time. The first time I was on the regular one for 8 months, it worked well (lost 60+ pounds by the 7th month and symptoms were gone + I had done other things like keto -pls don’t do keto.) but had to discontinue it due to other medical problems which im sure had to do with my diet(histamine intolerance). Now, I have been on the slow release since April 28th, my inflammation has noticeably gone down so far and im on 2 1/2 months in 🫶🏾

Finding a doctor that takes u serious is difficult. I’m glad u found one. Too often are we dismissed or made to seem dramatic. It took me YEARS to find an OBGYN and even then they didn’t do much for me other than push birth control. I’m so appreciative of my primary MD for being the one to test all my hormones and finally diagnosing and treating me. After my miscarriage, she personally called me to come into her office for a wellness check. My OBGYN never even considered running tests and following my loss they just tried to put me back on BC which I was opposed to. Thank goodness for my primary doctor 👩🏻‍⚕️🩵. If it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t have known about my hormonal dysfunction. On another note… I’m currently suffering from hair loss. Iron was low following miscarriage but I suppose thats expected to happen but still my hair loss is getting worse ☹️. I’ve started hair supplements but don’t notice a difference. Is there anything that has worked for you?
@anneliahyacinth1
@anneliahyacinth1 2 ай бұрын
@@Yvetchkian I’m happy to hear that you found a doctor that you can rely on! Hair loss is something I’m figuring out as well. I am currently taking DIM Supplement for hair loss. The reason I haven’t done a video on that yet is because I haven’t been consistent enough to see a difference… I’m working on it tho and I’m hoping that it works! Maybe it’s something you should look into.

I’m lucky enough to not suffer from the 💩. I take 1500mg per day. I was expecting it cus I kept being told it would happen lol. I find taking it with food helps me. I’m very strict with that cus I don’t want to get bubbly guts. Been on it for nearly 2 months now and I feel great. I’ve seen some weight loss but not much 😞. Also doing exercise and eating mostly whole foods with low sugar and carbs. I have had to arrange an entire meal schedule to ensure I take my pills on time which is kinda of annoying tbh. Also, I was told was to take the meds with a B12 vitamin cus when used long term, it can deplete ur levels so im taking this as well. I’m hopeful this medicine helps me to get pregnant. Took me 2 years to get pregnant only to lose it early on.
