I bought this countertop dishwasher in 2008 or 2009. I needed help to hoist it onto the kitchen counter. Served me well for several years, but somewhere around 2015 or 2016, it began to leak out the bottom. Since I’m a renter, I had to figure out how to get a few layers of vapour barrier plastic sheeting (the only thing I, thankfully, happened to have on hand) under it as fast as I could because: 1. I didn’t want any further damage done to the kitchen counter or lower cupboard, and 2. I could not remove it from the countertop because, although I live in a townhouse, it’s a very small one and I have nowhere else to put it (not that I could move it on my own) and no one to help me remove it from my home. Since then, it’s become a very large paperweight taking up a great deal of space on my kitchen counter. I would like to get a much smaller portable dishwasher (there weren’t any smaller ones available when I bought this one), but I really need help getting rid of this one first because I need room for a new one and I need to find one that I can lift. I’m 60 now and disabled with arthritis and fibromyalgia, so weight is going to be a big factor. It becomes really hard on my back to stand at the counter and wash dishes by hand. By the time I’m done, my back aches so much that I have to rest for a long while before I can do any meal prep. I would like to get a Daan Tech Bob, but I live in Canada and they don’t sell them here yet. I’m beginning to wonder if they ever will.

I have a lot of plants so I vent right inside if I am using my dryer which I don't that frequently anymore. I. Hang my clothes up and still keep the humidity inside for my own Comfort. I bought a $15 portable clothes line on Amazon I just hook it up on one side of the room and string and across to the other I have the same dryer as you do. But I hang my clothes up. By the way when I'm using my washing machine my bathroom light dims just the same as yours does. And I have a regular panel box with Breakers 300 amp so it's just that it's a small circuit with 15 W or whatever I mean amps so usually just turn the bathroom light off when I'm running the washing machine

Jack - I have read and considered the reckless, cavalier threat that you sent me via email on Friday evening, January 21st. Your threat is that unless my company agrees to your extortionist demands that you will issue a sufficient number of "takedown" orders of videos in THE AUTO CHANNEL's KZbin library that will cause KZbin to disable our entire collection of nearly 5,000 videos. (Yes, that's what I wrote, nearly FIVE THOUSAND videos, that's how many videos we have on our KZbin.) Clearly, the loss of a library of that size, even for a short period of time, would have a horrible effect on my company's website and our other media outlets that utilize the video in this KZbin library. The materials they provide are "PRESS MATERIALS." We are the PRESS that this refers to. We are invited to attend these events. Often the auto manufacturers cover the cost for our travel expenses to these meetings. We have their permission to use the videos they provide. The materials and information are designed especially for us to disseminate to the public. We have their permission to videotape or film the conferences. These events are staged specifically for the PRESS. They're usually held during exclusive "Media Days" or "Press Days." The public is typically not permitted to attend news conferences. In addition, the manufacturers have specific Internet websites that are exclusive to providing content to THE AUTO CHANNEL and other news media organizations. They are called "Media Websites." We are registered users of these media websites. The permission/ license given to us by the auto manufacturers and producers clearly state our editorial right to use the materials. For example, the Volvo Motor Cars Media Website states: "The Volvo Cars Global Newsroom is Volvo Car Group's dedicated channel for providing company information such as images, videos and press releases to journalists, bloggers and other professional publishers around the globe. Secondly, if the producers of the news events and video news bulletins provide the same materials to one news media outlet, such as THE AUTO CHANNEL, or a thousand outlets, that is their right to do. They don't need your permission or Sony's permission. Providing the videos to multiple media outlets doesn't dilute the intended purpose of the PRESS materials, nor does it dilute THE AUTO CHANNEL's editorial right to use the materials to its fullest. Moreover, as you acknowledge in your statement, the producers of the news conferences and video news bulletins have licensed the use of the music tracks they include in the events. They paid a licensing fee to use the tracks. They did this specifically because they intended to distribute the news materials to and through media outlets such as THE AUTO CHANNEL for mass dissemination. My company did not select and edit-in the audio tracks. If you're now questioning whether the licensing fee they paid is sufficient to cover this use, you should take that up with them, not THE AUTO CHANNEL. If you need assistance in obtaining contact information at the auto manufacturers so that you can make proper inquiries, ask me for the information. Don't accuse THE AUTO CHANNEL of stealing the intellectual properties and then issue a malicious threat because I protected my intellectual property rights by filing counter-notifications with KZbin! In many instances, my company and I shot the live video of the press conferences. These videos may look like a video shot by another cameraman standing six inches from me, but my video of the event is still my intellectual property. If there is music that is playing in the background during the news conference, or during a segment used by the news conference presenters, its use falls under the FAIR USE Doctrine. Even if the music was not licensed, but it is part of the natural ambient sound, it falls under the FAIR USE Doctrine. There is sufficient legal precedent on this. Why do you not know this? However, my company's defense in the use of the music tracks doesn't rest solely on the issue of FAIR USE. In a majority of my videos that your company has claimed infringement, the music tracks are part of royalty-free music libraries that my company and I own. Among these royalty-free music libraries are Footage Firm, Audio Blocks, Music Bakery, and TRAXX. We are licensed, and have the complete rights, to use the tracks contained in these libraries in any manner, as often as we wish, and for as long as we wish, without paying any additional compensation, and without having to suffer from harassment by AdRev or Sony. Royalty-free libraries exist to provide music and sound effects for video and film productions, news conferences, sales presentations, social gatherings, and TV and radio commercials. The copyright owners of the tracks receive compensation for their works. The music libraries we use don't go out and steal the tracks. In turn, THE AUTO CHANNEL paid for the royalty-free libraries. We didn't find them in someone's garbage cans, nor did we surreptitiously hang around recording studios and illicitly record the music being played. In fact, to illustrate the sheer malicious and frivolous nature of your threat to disable THE AUTO CHANNEL's KZbin library, Jack, let me remind you that you have a copy of my License Agreement with Footage Firm/Audio Blocks. You have had this for the past two weeks. I sent it to you. Did you lose it? Do you want me to send you another copy? To date, you and your company have not released any claims on the videos that I have specifically identified as being covered by this License Agreement. Why is that? Are your bosses at AdRev aware of this? Is Sony aware of this? Since AdRev is a division of AudioMicro, Inc., a company that sells royalty-free music libraries, it sure seems like your actions are part of a shakedown extortion scheme? If the action you threaten in your January 21st email only concerns three videos, why have you not acted in good faith and already released your false claims on all the other videos? In those videos in which I use b-roll material supplied by an automobile manufacturer, my final version of that video is my intellectual property, not the auto manufacturers'. A little more than two weeks ago, you issued a takedown order of a 2019 Acura RDX introduction video on THE AUTO CHANNEL's KZbin pages. That order has now expired and the video is due to be restored. If you seriously considered this news video an infringement of Sony's rights, and you're not just maliciously harassing THE AUTO CHANNEL, AdRev or Sony would have initiated a federal copyright infringement lawsuit to keep it off THE AUTO CHANNEL'S KZbin library. You have not done this. If you seriously wanted to come to a definitive conclusion about copyright claims, you would want the matter to come before a judge or court-appointed arbitrator.
