I just purchase one, great build quality. I like that you can change out the LiPo battery, though the batteries are expensive ($30 direct from RovyVon).

I bought the mercury x bundle. I assembled everything, when i test it our curing station works wonders but the washing station works a bit then it stops. I opened it and tried to tighten the mini bolt but it didn't solve the issue. Should I return this product?

Others said that you need to open the bottom of the machine and flip 2x opposing magnets.

mine is 2 weeks old same problem here turn fine unloaded as soon as i put on the container in 5 sec it stalls just like yours

Some suggested to flip two opposite magnets inside the unit where the motor is. So that it will do a balanced push and pull.

After while of usage, i say a few months, the shaft comes up a little it is just enough to bring the wheel closer to the inner magnets in the basket, the steppenmotor is not powerfull enough to pull trough, use 3 mm spacers under the 4 screws from the plate where the motor is mounted and the problem is solved, this 3 mm will compensate the amount of slack from the shaft.

@@botteu Sure, i will help you; print washers 3mm thick, metal is difficult to use with the magnets, make sure the washers are 3mm thick, open the case you see four screws where the motor is mounted - a sqare plate, under those four screws you install the washers, the shaft from the engine will be pulled up as usual because of the magents, but this 3 mm distance will prevent it from the touching the housing, the stappen motor is not designed for this invention the magnets will pull on the shaft, no wonder after a few months you wil get some slack overthere.

This is a major problem. I just received a replacement and it was broken out of the box. My first one started to slip after a few days.

I’ve lowered mine in the lowest position against the motor and put some spacers in only two have it happen again last night. Gonna take it apart and try bigger spacers and check to see how f anything came loose. Has anyone been in contact with Elegoo to see what they say?

I got mine working by putting spacers on it anywhere from 4-6mm should work (got mine working with 6mm spacer but saw people with 4mm spacers work just fine)

i like this idea. its similar to soaking them in warm water without having to deal with the waste. im just worried about losing details due to melting. ill have to try this though very interesting, i have the same cheap heat gun too ! thanks

☆USA☆the camera playback is upside down! on this drone..btw.Personally tested three models of the X400 and used correct video playback apps via my Droid(I know my shit and did 100% correct )..I can tell you anything on the X400 By Holystone. I want to say the Company actually seems to be very legit quadcopter Co. the Upside-down camera playback is weird - Kyle

you need both orange levers on either side of the joystick pointing down. it will only bind this way

I am experiencing the same problem. I have tried moving the left throttle up and down, but it had no effect. Note the instructions say nothing about moving the throttle to connect. Lights repeatedly blink twice on both remote and drone indicating, according to the instructions, "The quad copter is not received the signal from the remote control or signal connection is interrupted". Cycling power on remote and drone (as shown in this video and as recommended in the instructions) also has no effect.
