To their defense, I've been in prison with guys who came in looking like out of shape waste of space to transforming into in shape hulks and gym rats within 8 months. Hell, I was one of them. I lost 125 pounds in 9 months and was ripped and chiseled by just eating right and pullups, pushups, and dips.

Like my brother told me once, what else is there to do besides eat, sleep, read and workout.. I don’t think people quite understand that Gucci wasn’t just gone for a few months and it wasn’t a secret that the gut he carried at the height of his career was from drinking lean.
